3. Berhubung post-rock adalah genre yang sangat sulit mendapatkan deal dengan label rekaman apalagi major label, maka saya sangat menghargai konsistensi mereka berkarya di jalur sepi peminat ini.
Sebuah rekaman post-rock adalah hal yang relatif baru di Indonesia, tapi Marché La Void belum menawarkan hal yang baru dari segi musik di EP mereka. Fortified Emptiness yang menurut saya track pamungkas di EP ini punya satu ganjalan, porsi vokal yang mubazir dan penguasan teknik falsetto yang belum sempurna justru mengganggu keindahan flow track ini, kecuali yang bernyanyi adalah Matthew Bellamy (coba simak Micro-cuts, nah! itu baru sempurna). Porsinya perlu dikurangi hanya sebagai aksen sehingga lebih menonjolkan kekuatan instrumen atau diaransemen berbeda.

Cacophonia EP belum mampu membuat saya berkata: "Anjiiing, kereeen!" seperti pada The Inevitable Sadness EP-nya Souls Vibrating in The Universe yang hanya berisi 3 track tetapi punya kekuatan mahadahsyat itu.
